How do I calculate your home inspection fees?

I have developed a simple way to figure inspection fees.

My base fee is $320 plus mileage.

Mileage is based at $1.00 per mile, one way.  I compute this by going to Map Quest and finding directions from Wray, CO to your inspection address.  I then round the mileage up or down to the nearest $5.00 to keep it simple.

For example the base fee is $320, your mileage at 65 miles at $1.00 per mile is $65, your cost would be $385.
