Johns observations, what I didn't miss.
My first entry while setting up my new web site.
I added a new perimeter to my inspection experiences in Sidney last Tuesday. The purpose of a roof inspection of course was to walk the house roof I was inspecting and report my findings. The roof was in part two stories high, it was mostly covered with snow, somewhat steep and didn't look to bad from the ground. The temperature was below zero, the wind was blowing about 40 mph my ladder would probably blow over with or without me, and my camera was frozen so I couldn't even record my last slide.
Was there a reason to inspect that roof other than personal conviction that I had to do the right thing. Of course in the end I did inspect the roof because it was the right thing to do. With binoculars.
